At R.A.D®, we want to ensure your performance gear is the perfect fit for your training. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you can return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Gear

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the product is in its original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label, attach it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
